Cwmbran based Just Rollers plc, manufacturer of rubber compound and rubber and polyurethane covered rollers, with exports to more than 50 countries, has been awarded the Queen’s Award for Enterprise, International Trade. Having demonstrated both substantial growth in overseas earnings and commercial success, with export sales trebling over the last seven years, the Queen’s Award recognises the company's outstanding and continuous achievement in international trade.

The Technical Services Division has been developed by our team of specialist engineers to ensure you achieve maximum efficiency from all your process machinery.”
Established in 1971 as Just Rubber Components Ltd, the company changed its name to Just Rollers plc following a management buy-out in 2001. With 73 staff and a turnover of £5.6 million, over half of the current production is now exported . There has been a 56% increase in exports since 2006 following investment in agents and trade shows; this has resulted in over £1m of additional exports during 2008.
With world-renowned polymer technology expertise, the research and development team at Just Rollers plc has developed, tested and introduced a range of new rubber products including Super Dynamic™, Coatmate® , Puremate™, Super Durable™, X-tralease™ and Blue Silk®. Significant investment has also been made in training and export administration to ensure that the entire company can compete effectively in an international market.

The Lord Lieutenant of Gwent will present the award on behalf of the Queen to Just Rollers plc - date and location to be confirmed.
